Dubai future attraction: The Bluewaters

When you think of great places in the world it’s inevitable that Dubai comes to your mind. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has approved the Bluewaters project. A project whose developer will be Meraas Holding. As always astronomic prices for Dubai is no problem, instead that’s what gives Dubai the identity. And imagine the price for this island… its $ 1.6bn and the destination will be located off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline and is poised to emerge as one of the largest tourist hot spots in the world.

The Bluewaters Island project will have the world’s largest Ferris wheel, the 210-metre Dubai Eye. We couldn’t expect more than this project. Dubai Eye will offer breath-taking views of Dubai’s exotic coastline and iconic landmarks such as Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Khalifa.

At the base of the wheel there will be an entertainment zone and a unique venue for special occasions and conferences. It will also have a large LED screen mounted on the wheel that will be an innovative electronic platform for broadcasting, adverts, and interactive information.
