I love Singapore and it’s there that was build the latest real state building. The latest prize residence in Singapore, the Marina Bay Suites, features 66-storeys consisting of a total of 221 units. 218 of which are three to four bedroom apartments ranging from 1,600 to 2,700 square feet.
Out of the three penthouses that take up the top few floors, one is a single-level unit while the other two are duplexes. The area for the penthouses range from 4,700 to 8,500 square feet and will each have their own private swimming pool. One of the penthouses has already been sold for S$19.3 million.
According to Thomas Tan, the Head of Residential Marketing at Raffles Quay Asset Management, 90 percent of the units have already been sold. He also shared that though 50 percent of the buyers are locals he has also seen an increase in buyers from China compared to previous sales of the Marina Bay Residences. Frankly we aren’t surprised that the units are selling fast.
If you’ve got the money, a home at the Marina Bay Suites is the final frontier in Singapore’s most prime real estate. Imagine looking out your window at a magnificent views of the ocean and Marina Bay. Come to think of it, you’ll also be able to view some of the more highly sought after events in Singapore like the country’s National Day celebrations and the F1 night race.
